Understanding Indian Tradition

Womens-circle-pic-300x225

A dialogue on understanding Indian tradition through an exploration of the feminine, with mythology and personal experience as the basis. These sessions, specifically for women, involve an exploration of self as woman (through experiential and reflective work), roles as women in the family, and in the society, so that each can evolve her own practices, rituals and habits to support those roles, and thereby re-energising the multiple ways in which we hold tradition and contextualising it for the present. This process is facilitated by Sashikala Ananth.
